1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We take pride in creating high quality, handcrafted keepsakes. As every order involves two stages, the impression kit and your final handmade piece, processing times vary.
Impression Kits
Dispatched within 1 business day from Monday to Friday.
Final Handmade Jewellery
Once we receive your completed, usable impression, your jewellery will be handcrafted and dispatched within:

Silver and Gold Plated Pendants: 3 to 5 business days

Rings and Solid Gold Jewellery: 5 to 14 business days

United Kingdom
Standard Shipping
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days, typically within 48 hours.
Express Shipping
Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Estimated delivery is the next business day.
United States
Standard Shipping
Both the impression kit and your finished jewellery are shipped using standard shipping.
Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that impression kits are sent without tracking unless you choose the tracked shipping upgrade.
Tracked Shipping
Upgrade to Standard Tracked Shipping at checkout.
Delivery is still estimated at 5 to 7 business days, but you will be able to track your package throughout its journey.
US Customers Purchasing an Amazon Impression Kit
If you would like to speed up the process, you can purchase a compatible impression kit locally through Amazon instead of waiting for ours to arrive.
We are not affiliated with the Amazon seller, but buying the kit locally can significantly reduce your overall turnaround time.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
As impression kits are processed and dispatched very quickly during the working week, we operate a strict cancellation policy.
Within 24 Hours
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided your impression kit has not yet been dispatched.
If Your Impression Kit Has Already Been Dispatched
If you request a cancellation before the 24 hour period but your impression kit has already been dispatched, which is common for weekday orders, your refund will be issued after deducting:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours from the time your order was placed.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances make it genuinely impossible for you to complete your impressions, we may issue store credit for the full value of your order at our discretion.
Refunds are not available in these circumstances.

4. Returning Your Impressions
If you are located outside the United Kingdom and need to return your completed impressions to our workshop, please note the following.
Return Shipping
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning their impressions.
Customers in the United States should return their package using USPS only.
Return postage costs vary depending on the size and weight of your package. Previous customers have paid anywhere between $3.20 and $50, with the average cost being approximately $23.40.
Customs Declaration
To avoid customs delays, import charges or your package being rejected, please declare your return as:

A value of $5 or £5 or less
Failure to complete the customs declaration correctly may result in delays, additional charges or your package being returned.
Customs on Your Finished Jewellery
When we send your completed jewellery back to you, we will cover any applicable customs and import charges from our side, so no additional customs fees will be due on delivery.
